American Chemical Society Scholars Program

American Legion’s National High School Oratorical Contest
This is a contest for public speaking. The first part consists of a speech you prepare on some area of the US Constitution. The second part consists of a speech you prepare on an assigned topic. Winners move up to the district, state and national levels.
